• Architected, deployed, and managed multi-region, scalable, and high-security AWS infrastructure for "Phish Insight"—Trend Micro’s core security awareness SaaS platform.
• Built, trained, and led an SRE and cloud engineering team based in the Philippines; served as primary technical lead for incident response, monitoring, and automated failover strategy.
• Lead cloud migration and CI/CD adoption for 30+ key SaaS microservices across a department of 60+ engineers.
• Standardized enterprise CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Octopus Deploy, and SonarQube to improve release velocity and code safety.

• Architected GlobalPlatform-compliant backend payment and wallet service (similar to Google/Apple pay) using Java, Spring, Apache Camel, MongoDB, and Oracle.
• Engineered secure REST APIs, IPC mechanisms, and credential lifecycle management systems for NFC and mobile payment integrations.
• Designed and built a J2ME interpreter using C# and Java for a Windows Phone 8 NFC wallet architecture.
• Managed technical roadmaps, Agile/Scrum sprint planning, Jira execution, and customer technical support for enterprise partners.

Byrom plc is a UK-based sports event management firm that has served as a primary provider of ticketing, accommodation, and hospitality services for FIFA.

• Developed the core FIFA World Cup 2010 Ticketing Administration System (TAS) utilizing C#/.NET, WCF, and SQL Server to handle the full customer journey, from initial reservation and lottery drawings to payment verification and seating assignment.
